How rulings are made today
At present, rulings in the courts of Links Land are generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
Links Land does not yet have enough citizens to form a judiciary made up of people.
Moving to a human-led judiciary
Once Links Land has enough citizens, the judiciary will become human-led.
This is the same approach being taken with the Chamber of Commons, which will also become human-led as the number of citizens grows.
What stays the same
The courts still sit in the four tiers set out on How the Courts Work, and they apply statute law and common law, as explained on How the Law Works.
